We may collect, use, store different kinds of personal data about you which is grouped together as follows:

• Identity, contact and company information including: first and last names, email address, phone number, company name and job title.
• Device data including: IP address, browser type, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access the Sites.  This is collected for statistical purposes.
• Usage data including: information about how you use our Sites i.e. how long you spent on a page or screen, date and time, web pages viewed and content that you access.

You may visit our site anonymously although cookies are used to identify your session.

The CXDATA complies with the requirements of GDPR 2018. We will not intentionally collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website and services are directed at people who are at least 18 years old or older.

CXDATA does not store any personally identifiable information about you online or using cloud storage unless those organisations comply with GDPR. Microsoft Azure and Snowflake are two such organisations.

5.1 Confidentiality

All data is protected by password access. We do not request or keep financial information such as your bank account details. All personnel and subcontractors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement if full confidentiality is not part of the main agreement between the parties.

5.2. Transparency

CXDATA will keep you informed about changes to the processes to protect data privacy and security, including practices and policies. You may at any time request information on where and how data is stored, secured and used.

5.3. Personal Data breach notification

In the event that your data is compromised, CXDATA will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours by email with information about the extent of the breach, affected data, any impact on the Service and our action plan for measures to secure the data and limit any possible detrimental effect on the data subjects.

"Personal Data Breach" means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed in connection with the provision of the service.

Google Analytics is in use to collect information about how visitors use this site. This provides us with important information that can enable the site to work better. We do not link this information to your name or address.

CXDATA does not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information.

This does not include trusted third parties or subcontractors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or provide our services to you. Such trusted parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis and will be contractually obliged to keep your information confidential.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

All companies have implemented all necessary standards to comply with GDPR.

7.2. Legally required disclosure

CXDATA will not disclose the Customer’s data to law enforcement except when instructed by you or where it is required by law. When governments make a lawful demand for customer data from CXDATA, we strive to limit the disclosure. CXDATA will only release specific data mandated by the relevant legal demand.

If compelled to disclose your data, CXDATA will promptly notify you and provide a copy of the demand unless legally prohibited from doing so.

8. Digital Marketing Service Providers

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.

9.1. Personal data location

Personal Data collected through form submissions on www.cxdata.ai is stored with subcontractors.

All data collected as part of the Service is on servers physically located in the United Kingdom and Europe.

10. Data retention policy

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
